Ukraine Electrification Alliance

Ukraine's Energy Reconstruction Starts Here

The Ukraine Electrification Alliance brings together the actors who matter, connecting Brussels policy, Kyiv implementation, and reconstruction finance into one coordinated effort.

What UEA is

The Ukraine Electrification Alliance (UEA) is a multi-stakeholder platform founded in May 2026 and registered in Kyiv. Convened by Razom We Stand, UEA was established to fill a critical gap: no single actor was connecting the dots between EU energy policy, on-the-ground implementation in Ukraine, and accountability in reconstruction finance.

UEA operates across eight interconnected work directions, from grid resilience to capital mobilisation. We coordinate expertise, align priorities, and hold the line on integrity. Members join because Ukraine’s energy future is too important to leave fragmented.

Who is behind it

The UEA Secretariat is run by Razom We Stand, a European advocacy organisation campaigning to end Europe’s dependence on Russian fossil fuels and support Ukraine’s clean energy future.

Razom We Stand provides coordination, governance, monitoring and strategic communications for the Alliance.
